ABOUT THE STUDIO

Ann Zipkin formed ann-design in 2001 to deliver integrated communications for business-to-business, business-to-consumer, academic institutions and nonprofit organizations. In 2020, ann-design became AtoZ Studio.

Its reputation is built on helping clients make informed, cost-effective design and implementation choices for print communications. AtoZ’s creative solutions are the product of Ann’s expertise and that of an extraordinary team of professionals whom she selects, on a project-by-project basis, for their ability to meet her clients’ needs. Through deft management of these resources, AtoZ has become known for its budget-friendly solutions, responsiveness and unwavering focus on clients’ business goals.

ABOUT ANN

Ann Obringer ZipkinFor over 22 years, Ann has produced logos, marketing and sales materials, books and magazines, as well as packaging and environmental graphics.

Prior to forming AtoZ, Ann worked for several full-service graphic design firms in the New York City area. She has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including publishing, retail food, independent schools, travel and recreation, business services, utilities and aviation.

Ann is a graduate of Columbia University and has a master’s degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute. She is a member of AIGA, the professional association for design. Ann lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
